Both of our double rooms are decorated to a very high standard and are equipped with Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and bath robes, generous tea and coffee facilities, bottled water, hair dryer, digital television, alarm clock radio, wine list, room service menu, visitor magazine and house information to make you feel totally at home. They both have en-suite toilet and shower facilities, shampoo and shower gel and doors leading directly onto a large spacious rear garden where you can relax in total privacy if you wish.
Both rooms are very different to each other in style and are competitively priced according to the time of year so depending upon your budget and the length of stay we should have something for everyone. All rates quoted below are for the room (not per person) and include full Welsh breakfast. If you're looking for complete privacy then choose Bwthyn Bach! An old store room until 2010, it has now been converted into a beautiful en-suite bedroom which faces the setting sun. Bwthyn Bach has an electric shower and toilet, king size bed, stable style front door and Free-Sat TV giving you many channels of TV and radio entertainment! The room is beautifully decorated and is complete with its own dining table and chairs and a leather sofa to relax on while you decide which channel to watch!
You have your own outside terrace area where you can enjoy a glass of wine, take breakfast or dinner or just soak up the sun. If the weather is a little cooler you can enjoy room service or if you prefer join your fellow guests in the breakfast room on the ground floor and as you have your own front door you can come and go from Bwthyn Bach as you please. This little cottage is accessed via a few shallow steps which are well illuminated and has all the standard facilities of our other rooms including tea and coffee tray, bottled water and bath robes for your comfort. Choose Bwthyn Bach for your stay, you won't be disappointed!

Church View is a very spacious bedroom with views over the village and Camrose parish church and also balcony doors leading directly onto the terrace and rear garden. The room has a romantic feel with a double four poster bed, lounge area with a comfortable sofa, digital TV and DVD player as well as a dining table and chairs for meals served in your room or in the warmer weather on the terrace. In addition to all this space you have your own rejuvenating power shower and toilet, both of which are en-suite.

This lovely room is on the first floor of the house and because of the sloping garden your doors open onto a decked balcony area which lead onto the garden itself. In warmer weather take supper on the balcony, enjoy a glass of wine, take a stroll across the lawn and see the chickens or just enjoy the fresh air!
Smoking:
Please note that Ty Rhosyn is a completely non-smoking guest house although guests may smoke in the garden if they wish but please do not drop cigarette ends on the ground. Please be aware that any guest found to be smoking in their bedroom will be asked to leave and a cleaning charge applied to their credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
We operate a 48hr cancellation policy, the first night's accommodation will be charged for any cancellations made within 48hrs of date of arrival. In the event of a no-show the first night is also charged and the remainder of the booking is released. A debit or credit card number is required to secure all reservations (not Amex) and a fee is applied to all credit card payments, debit cards are free. (No cheques please).
